Driveway Extension & External Upgrade

This project involved extending an existing single-car driveway to accommodate two vehicles, alongside a series of external improvements to modernise the front of the property. The aim was to increase off street parking while improving kerb appeal with a clean, modern finish that complements the home.

Scope of works included: ​

• Extension of existing driveway from one to two parking spaces

• Ground preparation of the driveway

• Installation of new paving

• Landscaping works to redefine the front garden layout

• Refurbishment of the garage façade

• Installation of modern fencing

• Painting of the front door & garage door 

• Installation of exterior lighting
