Full Ground Floor Renovation

This project involved a complete ground floor renovation, transforming the kitchen and living room while also converting the existing garage into a new utility room and ground floor WC. The aim was to create a more practical, open, and modern living space that worked better for everyday family life.

Scope of works included: ​

• Full strip out of the existing kitchen and living room

• Installation of two structural steel beams 

• Structural alterations to improve layout and flow

• Garage conversion into a functional utility room and WC

• New plumbing and drainage for additional facilities

• Electrical works throughout the ground floor

• Flooring, plaster board and skim including full redecoration

• Finishing works completed to a high standard
